Here’s what we do differently:
FREE Full Home Inspection and Assessment for homeonwers
What we do:
We do full home inspections, looking for signs of active/past termite infestations, like mud tubes, damaged wood, wings, frass, or dead termites.
We start our inspections and assessments with walking around the entire exterior perimeter and the garage.
Our inspection and assesment also covers the interior starting on the lowest flor and working our way to the top. We inspect all floors, walls and ceilings of each room on each floor.
We document and show you all areas increasing your risk of termites like moisture issues, structural vulnerabilities, and entry points termites (and other pests) use to get inside.
note : free inspections are for homeowners and their peace of mind. If the is legal documentation needed for a loan or other offical reasons, there is a small fee for those.
What other companies do:
There are some companies that only do the inspection and no assessments of conditions that might inviting termites or other pest, just a simple yes or no for termite found.
Other companies do the whole inspection and assessments as well but do so with the intent of selling total exclusion packages for $10,000-20,000+...These companies are pest control companies pretending that they are contractors as well. Most of these issues can be handled by homeowners themselves or a general contractor for a lot less money.
Monitoritng of Bait Stations
What We Do:
Significant termite damage only takes a few months once they have entered your home. We use a bait that is highly attractive yet highly potent to termites.
Routine monitoring of bait stations is essential so we check each bait station for activity TWICE per year
- Documenting stations with activity and how much activity
- Refilling bait that’s been consumed
- Sharing information with customers keeping them in the know
Our mmonitoring service is for as long as you choose us to protect your home. We DO NOT MAKE YOU SIGN ANY LONG TERM CONTRACTS.
What Other Companies Do:
Make you sign long term contracts for their monitoring services.
Monitors only ONCE a year, leaving the home exposed for a whole year of potential temite activity
Sadly some companies don't even come back for any monitoring after installing the bait system.
Annual Home Re-Inspection and Assesssment
What We Do:
As long as homeowners continue to choose to do business with us, you receive the same great inspection and assessment as the initial insection we provided the first time.
No long term contracts or hidden adjendas of more sales pitches.
What other Companies Do:
Set up the annual inspection with the sole inted of selling you other services.
Hold you to contracts from 3-5 years.
Exterior General Pest Control Spray
As an added bonus to our outstanding service, when we are onsite to monitor the bait stations, we will treat the exterior of your home for general pest control helping keeping spiders and other occansial invaders in check.
No contracts and no additional costs, as this is free to our customers as long as you choose to be use our monitoring services.
What Other Companies Do:
Well they have you sign 2 seperate contracts: one for monitoring and one for general pest control. Not only do they charge you to come out and treat for general pest control, but usually requires a 2nd appointment.
General pest control always comes with an additional service call charge.
